🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Prestige Cookers. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


✅ 14-Day Change of Mind (UK Law – Distance Selling)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel and return most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no reason required.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the return
  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We’ll process your refund once the item is received and inspected.


🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items

All appliances are fully tested by a qualified engineer before dispatch and guaranteed to be in full working order.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.


🧾 PCB Repair Warranty (Component-Level Only)

For PCB board repairs, we offer a 3-month warranty covering only the specific components that were repaired or replaced.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover the entire PCB, only the work we carried out
  • We are not liable for faults in other parts of the board we didn’t service
  • While all repaired PCBs are tested before return, many are aged or discontinued, so unrelated issues may still occur

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We may decline a return if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Faults are caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or accidental damage
  • More than 14 days have passed and the item is not covered by warranty
  • In the case of PCB repairs, we cannot accept returns or issue full refunds if the fault lies outside the repaired area

We always aim to be fair and are happy to offer paid servicing or replacement parts even outside the warranty period.

To request a return, please email us at info@prestige-cookers.co.uk with:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We’ll confirm the next steps and provide return instructions promptly.
