All refurbished products are:
- Fully tested by qualified engineers
- Cleaned and restored to full working condition
- Sold with a 90-day parts warranty

3. Order Process & Payment
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment services via Shopify and trusted third-party providers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on product type:
- Parts & smaller items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Large appliances: Delivered within 5–10 business days

5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Most refurbished appliances come with a 90-day parts warranty.
This covers electrical and mechanical faults but does not include:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Misuse or incorrect installation
- Cosmetic wear
Out-of-warranty repairs may be available for a service fee. Contact us for options.
7. Repairs & Servicing
Any servicing or PCB repair work is performed by trained professionals.
If equipment arrives tampered with or severely damaged, we may revise the repair quote or suggest replacement.
All items are tested before return. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper reinstallation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Cookers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the item or service in question.
